GoodRxTab provides international ordering and delivery support for eligible products and supported destinations.
This page explains how order processing, dispatch, estimated delivery times, tracking, customs review and destination-related requirements may affect an international order.
The availability of a product on GoodRxTab does not guarantee that it can be processed or delivered to every destination.
Medicine classification, prescription requirements, requested quantity, product availability, fulfilment arrangements and destination requirements may all affect order eligibility.
For an overview of the complete ordering process, please read How GoodRxTab Works.
International Order Eligibility
GoodRxTab may support orders to selected international destinations where the relevant order requirements can be appropriately satisfied.
An international order may depend on:
- Product availability
- Medicine classification
- Prescription requirements
- Quantity ordered
- Delivery destination
- Available shipping service
- Applicable medicine restrictions
- Customs or border requirements
- Information submitted during checkout
A product appearing on the website should not be interpreted as confirmation that the same product is eligible for every destination.
Where an order cannot appropriately be processed, GoodRxTab may place it on hold, request additional information, limit the order or decline it.
Prescription Medicines
Some medicines listed on GoodRxTab require a valid prescription.
Where a prescription is required, the appropriate prescription information must be provided before an eligible order can proceed.
Submitting an order or completing payment does not remove an applicable prescription requirement.
For complete information about prescription submission and order review, please read our Medicine & Prescription Policy.
Certain medicines may also be subject to additional restrictions. Please review our Restricted & Controlled Medicines Policy.
Order Processing Before Dispatch
Orders may go through processing before they are prepared for dispatch.
Depending on the order, this may involve reviewing:
- Customer information
- Delivery address
- Product and quantity
- Product availability
- Prescription requirements
- Submitted prescription information
- Payment status
- Destination eligibility
- Other information required to process the order
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has already been dispatched.
Customers may be contacted if additional information is required.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery dates shown on GoodRxTab are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Many current product listings display an estimated delivery period of approximately 10 to 12 days, but actual delivery time can vary according to order processing, destination, shipping service and customs or border review.
Delivery may take longer because of factors such as:
- Order verification
- Prescription-related requirements
- Weekends or public holidays
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Local delivery conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Weather or transport disruption
- Destination-specific controls
Customers should not rely on an estimated delivery date for urgent or time-sensitive medical needs.
If continuity of treatment is medically important, customers should speak with their healthcare professional and ensure they have an appropriate local supply of required medicine.
Dispatch Confirmation
Where available, customers may receive confirmation after an eligible order has been dispatched.
Dispatch information may include:
- Order reference
- Shipping status
- Tracking information where available
- Other relevant delivery details
Tracking availability may depend on the shipping service used for the order.
Customers should ensure that the email address, telephone number and delivery information submitted during checkout are accurate.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information can be used to monitor the progress of a shipment.
Tracking updates are supplied through the relevant delivery network and may not always update immediately.
A period without a tracking update does not necessarily mean that a parcel has been lost.
International shipments may also remain at customs or another processing facility while border procedures are completed.
For assistance with an existing order, please Contact GoodRxTab.
Customs and Border Processing
International shipments may be reviewed by customs, health, postal or other relevant authorities in the destination country.
Depending on applicable requirements, authorities may inspect a shipment, request documentation, delay its release, refuse entry, return it or seize goods that do not meet applicable import requirements. Official rules differ significantly by destination.
GoodRxTab cannot control decisions made by customs, border, health or other government authorities.
An estimated delivery date therefore does not include a guarantee regarding customs clearance.
Destination Requirements
Medicine import and supply rules are not identical across countries or regions.
Requirements may depend on:
- Active ingredient
- Prescription status
- Medicine approval or authorisation status
- Quantity
- Intended personal use
- Whether the medicine is controlled or specially regulated
- Required documentation
- Destination-specific restrictions
For example, current official guidance shows materially different personal-import rules between major destinations: the U.S. FDA states that personal importation of foreign drugs is generally not permitted except in limited circumstances considered under its policy, while Australia operates a defined Personal Importation Scheme subject to specific conditions.
GoodRxTab therefore does not represent that one international shipping rule applies to every destination.
Order Review for Destination Eligibility
GoodRxTab may review destination information before an order proceeds.
Where there is a known restriction or the available fulfilment process cannot appropriately support a product for the selected destination, the order may be:
- Placed on hold
- Limited
- Modified with the customer’s agreement
- Cancelled
- Declined before dispatch
Customers may also be asked to provide additional information where appropriate.
GoodRxTab should not knowingly process an order solely because a customer has accepted a disclaimer where the order otherwise cannot appropriately be fulfilled.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate information and understand requirements that apply to their order and destination.
Before ordering, customers should:
- Review the product information
- Confirm the medicine and strength
- Obtain an appropriate prescription where required
- Provide genuine prescription information
- Provide an accurate delivery address
- Check destination requirements where relevant
- Respond to requests for additional order information
- Follow any instructions provided by customs or the delivery carrier
Customers should not provide a false address, misleading destination information or inaccurate order details in an attempt to bypass restrictions.
Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees
Depending on the destination and shipment, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges may apply.
These charges, where imposed, are determined by the relevant authorities or service providers rather than by GoodRxTab.
Any applicable charges may vary according to the destination, shipment value, product type and local rules.
Where a carrier or customs authority requests payment of legitimate import-related charges, customers should follow the instructions provided by that organisation.
Customs Documentation
Where appropriate, an international shipment may require documentation relating to the order or product.
Customers should provide accurate information when documentation is required.
Prescription medicines may also require prescription or other supporting documentation depending on the destination and applicable rules.
For example, Australia’s current Personal Importation Scheme requires a valid Australian prescription or written authority when a medicine is prescription-only there and imposes quantity and other conditions.
GoodRxTab does not guarantee that documents submitted during website checkout will satisfy every requirement imposed by a destination authority.
Controlled or Restricted Medicines
International shipping does not make a controlled or otherwise restricted medicine automatically eligible for import.
Certain medicines may require special permissions or may not be eligible for ordinary international delivery.
For example, UK guidance states that controlled-drug medicines sent from overseas can be subject to specific restrictions, and medicines containing controlled drugs cannot simply be posted internationally under its personal-import policy.
GoodRxTab may therefore restrict products or destinations where additional requirements cannot appropriately be satisfied.
Please read our Restricted & Controlled Medicines Policy.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Before submitting an order, verify:
- Recipient name
- Street address
- Apartment or unit number where applicable
- City
- State, province or region
- Postal or ZIP code
- Country
- Telephone number where required
An incorrect address may cause delay, failed delivery or return of the parcel.
Contact customer support as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected.
An address change may not be possible after dispatch.
Failed Delivery Attempts
A carrier may make one or more delivery attempts depending on the destination and service.
If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may:
- Be held for collection
- Be redirected according to carrier procedures
- Be returned to the sender
- Be handled according to local postal or carrier rules
Customers should monitor available tracking information and respond promptly to delivery notifications.
Delayed Shipments
International delivery can occasionally take longer than expected.
A delay does not automatically mean that an order is lost.
Before requesting a refund or replacement, sufficient time may be required to:
- Review tracking
- Contact the relevant delivery service
- Determine whether customs is processing the shipment
- Confirm the delivery address
- Investigate a possible delivery exception
Any applicable refund, replacement or cancellation request will be considered under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Lost Shipments
If tracking information indicates a possible loss or a shipment has not arrived within a reasonable period beyond the expected delivery window, customers should contact GoodRxTab support.
The support team may review:
- Dispatch information
- Tracking history
- Delivery address
- Carrier information
- Available delivery evidence
The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances and the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Damaged Packages
Customers should inspect delivered packages before using the medicine.
Please contact support if:
- The parcel is materially damaged
- Medicine packaging appears opened
- Packaging appears significantly tampered with
- The product differs from what was ordered
- The strength received differs from the order
- Important product information is unreadable
Where appropriate, GoodRxTab may request photographs of the received parcel and medicine packaging.
Do not use a product if there is a serious concern about its identity, condition or packaging.
For additional information, read our Medicine Sourcing & Quality Information.
Returned International Shipments
A shipment may be returned because of reasons including:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery
- Customer refusal
- Carrier processing
- Customs action
- Missing documentation
- Destination restriction
A returned parcel does not automatically qualify for an immediate refund.
GoodRxTab may first need to determine why the shipment was returned and whether the products can appropriately be handled after return.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Customs Refusal or Seizure
A border or regulatory authority may refuse entry to a shipment where applicable requirements are not met. Both FDA and TGA guidance expressly contemplate detention, refusal or seizure in non-compliant import situations.
Where a shipment is held, refused or seized, customers should follow any instructions issued by the relevant authority.
GoodRxTab may request copies of official notices where necessary to investigate the order.
Any request for refund or other resolution will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable policy rather than being automatically approved or automatically rejected.
Packaging and Privacy
GoodRxTab aims for order information to be handled appropriately throughout the ordering process.
Where prescription or health-related information is submitted through the website, customers should review our Privacy Policy.
Prescription documents contain sensitive information and should only be submitted through the designated GoodRxTab process.
Shipping and Medicine Quality
Shipping times, packaging appearance and product presentation may vary between products and destinations.
Customers should check medicine packaging for important details where applicable, including:
- Product name
- Active ingredient
- Strength
- Manufacturer
- Batch information
- Expiry information
- Packaging integrity
For more information about manufacturer and product transparency, please read our Medicine Sourcing & Quality Information.
