  • The product delivered has already expired at the time of receipt.

We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, partially used, or stored improperly after delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, all return requests must involve unopened and sealed products unless the issue is a result of our error.

Time Frame for Raising a Return Request

All return and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this window may not be eligible for processing. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon receipt and contacting us as soon as you notice any issue.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Please do not send any product back without receiving prior confirmation and instructions from our support team. Returns sent without authorisation may not be processed.

Refund Process

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but refunds are typically reflected within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • In cases where a replacement is more appropriate than a refund, we will offer a reshipment of the correct or undamaged product at no additional cost.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are not covered under our refund and returns policy:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
  • Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete at the time of ordering.
  • Delays caused by customs clearance, courier handling, or other factors beyond our direct control.

  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order appears to have been damaged in transit or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our support team immediately. We will coordinate with our shipping partners to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

We recommend retaining all original packaging and documentation until the issue has been fully resolved, as this may be required during the investigation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard returns process will apply.
